After more than 20 years of drafting laws, Brain E. Frosh has decided that he wants to enforce them. He is the Democratic candidate for attorney general.
The Bethesda native is serving his fifth term in the Maryland senate. Frosh represented Montgomery County in Legislative District 16 in the House of Delegates and serves as chairman of the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee.
His 2014 campaign has focused on consumer protection, the environment and public safety. Frosh said he has been a leader in making Maryland a safer place for families by sponsoring bills that protect the privacy of personal information.
Frosh also said he is dedicated to enforcing Maryland’s gun control laws. He said he has fought to make college more affordable by supporting bills that would waive tuition for children in foster care.
