Yes it was the worst yard fest. Charging for an event to stand on grass was well mentioned. Every one can thank their president for part of the reason. Robbing the school of money for years is most likely tided into the situation, why it had a fee. NOW THEY NEED MONEY!! To get some of that back pay…why not charge for the most recognized event. Since it went terribly wrong this could hurt the name of the university. Well Howard, welcome to club with the rest of the HBCUS that are looked down upon. As for the the performers, Bones Thug n Harmony had to be the best. It’s similar to an award show. Bring back old artists to restore the memories of those how experienced their career. Hip hop is dead, yes, compare it to a person how lived and served in WWII. thats history, valuable history. For those who didn’t like should be vanished off the face of the earth. However this could be a lesson learned. If the university didn’t then this wil be a cycle for many years to come.
