Funding for the Mexican border wall and the possibility of another government shutdown are expected to be major themes when President Donald Trump delivers his 2019 State of the Union message to a joint session of Congress and the American public.

Among the special guests invited by the president and first lady Melania Trump in the House gallery to watch the speech will be Josh Trump, an 11-year-old boy who reportedly has been bullied at school because he has the same last name as the president.

After the speech, Stacey Abrams, the Democratic nominee who lost the gubernatorial race in Georgia, will deliver the Democratic response to the president’s address.

Abrams reportedly is expected to be dressed in white to stand in solidarity with the Women’s Suffragist movement, equal pay and reproductive rights to support gender equity and women’s rights.

The session scheduled to air on all major news networks at 9 p.m. ET.
