BALTIMORE– Baltimore City’s 11th legislative district is up for grabs. After Bill Cole was selected to head the Baltimore Development Corps, 15 potential candidates have applied to the vacated seat according to the City Council president. The candidates range from school teachers to community activists. A 13 member committee will decided which candidate fits the criteria to fill the vacancy.
