Morgan State University has a variety of students with different ideas and talents. Dominique Simpson an 18-year-old freshmen from Boston with aspirations to be a designer, was interviewed.
Simpson currently has his own clothing line called “Vast.” Why a clothing line? Simpson said, “I receive great fulfillment in seeing people wear what I have created. I take pride in every design.”
When asked about his favorite clothing line that is out right now, Simpson said “Stussy,” a popular street wear brand. “I hope one day to collaborate with them for a designing project. Everyone’s too into over exaggerated fashion while he calls his line simple and unique.”
“Vast” clothing line consists of just t-shirts and hats right now but Simpson plans to add Flannels and more street wear soon. Simpson said, “I want to change the world for the better. I want to have any impact on the world possible.”
