Protesters gathered outside of the Western District Police Station on North Mount Street to demand answers for Freddie Gray’s death on Monday night.
Gray, a 25-year-old African American man, died on April 19, from a severe injury to his spinal cord. The six Baltimore City police officers who were involved have all been suspended with pay, but city officials are unsure as to how or why Gray was arrested and injured. An investigation is still underway, according to police officials.
