After candidates campaigned, gave speeches and debated for their respective positions, Morgan students voted for the next “bears in charge” for the 2024 to 2025 academic year. Voting closed 9:00am April 5 and now the election’s results are out — which marks a significant step for the university’s student body.
Morgan’s student leadership candidates and election spectators gathered inside Hill Field House at 1:00pm Friday, April 5 and watched the recent election’s results unfold. Its results are listed below:

The newly elected SGA members are scheduled to begin their roles in Fall 2024 and upon taking office, they will be the new voices of Morgan’s student body.
The Office of Student Life and Development will hold a run-off election to decide the next Junior from 9:00am this morning to 9:00am Friday, April 12. They are scheduled to announce the elected Miss Junior on Friday at noon.
