A total of 609 individuals shifted from Morgan State University undergraduates to alumni after Saturday’s spring commencement.
With the heat blazing above 90 degrees, thousands of people came to the commencement at Hughes Stadium in support of the graduating class.
Along with the undergraduates, two Morgan state alumni, David E. Talbert and David Burton, and former NFL quarterback, Colin Kaepernick received honorary degrees from the university.
On top of the referral of degrees, Saturday will filled with many Morgan traditions and treasured memories.
