Approximately 500 students participated in Morgan State University’s Fall 2019 Commencement Ceremony on Friday, Dec. 13 in the Hill Field House. Congressman James E. Clyburn (D-S.C.) served as the commencement speaker and Jesse Russell, a pioneer in cellular and wireless communications, received an honorary degree.
